My name’s Emily. Last name Field — like the paddocks I grew up on, out bush.

These days I work as a Creative Director at BMF Sydney. With a background in strategy, account management, and farmhand-ery, I love rolling up my sleeves and getting my keyboard dirty.

Along the way, I’ve been lucky enough to make all kinds of stuff with bloody lovely people. From a viral fish and chip shop ad that topped Reddit, to a generational campaign to help prevent violence against women.

Outside of work, I guest lecture at Sydney Uni, contribute to magazines, and wrangle a toddler. Oh, and my dear friend Kiah and I own a piece of Mars — because what’s advertising without a little space to dream big? Shoot for the Mars and all that.
